ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transfer Shipment: User with 'Adjust Carrier' role permission cannot edit Carrier Details on SOCS Jet Mobile UI.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure Permission: Adjust Carrier = Yes
2. Navigate to Transfer Shipment on SOCS Jet Mobile.
3. Select Create Shipment
4. Add Items
5. Save Shipment
6. Select Bill Of Lading from Footer menu on Transfer Shipment Items screen
7. Note: Carrier Type is Third Party

Error: Not able to edit Carrier Name and Carrier Address.
