Symptoms
For a user who is signing into an Oracle cloud Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) Tenant, using the Oracle Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) app, on a mobile device receives "Your phone date and time or the server date and time may not be in sync. Adjust your clock and try again. If the problem persist, contact your system administrator." when trying to complete step two (2) of the Verification Setup.
