Goal

When inventory is negative in ITEM_LOC_SOH, the values in STG_FIF_GL_DATA .ENTERED_DR_AMOUNT and STG_FIF_GL_DATA .ENTERED_CR_AMOUNT fields should be negative but they are positive values
