Symptoms
On : 19.3 version, Merch - Foundation
Every future cost is erroring with:
RECORD_LOCKED1 - FUTURE_COST2-cost change event id: - (973 cost event process id’s are impacted)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload franchise cost.
2. Execute the batches(fcosttmplupld.ksh and fcosttmplprocess.ksh)
3. Notice that the job errored records are populated in cost_event_result table.
