Goal
BI Publisher fails to retrieve data: "Could not connect to OBI Presentation Service" after upgrade.
After upgrading to the new version NextGen V24 , multiple users are experiencing issues when opening BI Publisher (XML Publisher). The system throws an error stating:
"The server cannot be used due to a configuration error. Please contact the administrator. If you are the administrator, please consult the BI Publisher user guide for proper configuration."
Additionally, the detailed error message includes:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Failed to retrieve data from Presentation Server. Could not connect to OBI Presentation Service.
This issue is affecting multiple users, preventing them from accessing and generating reports in BI Publisher.
