Cannot Download MSP XML File From Within Notifications (Doc ID 3075492.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export an MSP XML file, and viewing the Notification where it has the option to download the XML,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Error:
Internal Server Error
An Unknown error has occurred.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC
  2. Attempt to export to MSP XML.
  3. View Notification and select the option to download the XML.
  4. Error.
Note: The error happens when going to View Notifications in the upper-right corner. If the All Notifications is used to try to get the XML file, when selecting to get the MSP XML File, nothing happens.
