Supplier Creation will automatically trigger an email for ALL suppliers


Integration and email generation in SE, is not functioning in an ideal way.

At the moment, when a supplier is activated in MFCS, it is immediately created in SE, triggering an activation email to the supplier. This means that all suppliers with a valid email in SE will receive this email, which is problematic since not all suppliers should be included in SE.

As a result, simply creating a supplier in MFCS and adding an email address automatically triggers an email—something that should not happen.

Suppliers cannot be correctly configured in MFCS without inadvertently triggering an email from SE.
