DESCRIBE HOW THE CURRENT PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY IS INSUFFICIENT

Currently, Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (RMFCS) does not allow the creation of fixed deals with negative amounts.
This limitation makes it difficult to correct user mistakes efficiently. When an incorrect fixed deal is created, users must manually adjust the error across multiple systems, increasing the risk of inconsistencies and additional workload.

PROVIDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ENHANCEMENT REQUEST

We request an enhancement to allow the creation of negative fixed deals in RMFCS.
This functionality should enable users to reverse incorrect fixed deals directly within the system rather than relying on external financial adjustments.
The negative amount should be correctly processed in RMFCS and passed through integrations to the downstream financial planning and accounting systems (such as Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) and the stock ledger).
