Symptoms

RMS does show cost Zero for item in Order Details Screen

Customer reports in the order details screen a item show the amount of 0 in total order cost. This is despite the item having 10 QTY_RECEIVED and 0 QTY_ORDERED.

Steps:
Create a PO with 2 itens A and B
Receive 3 itens, A, B and C
Note that item C as QTY_ORDERED = 0 but it has QTY_RECEIVED <> 0
In the Order Detail Screen item C appears with cost of zero.
