Symptoms
When attempting to to create Xorder by passing EARLIEST_SHIP_DATE the following error occurs:
Earliest Ship Date must be equal to or earlier than the Latest Ship Date.
Steps To Recreate:
1.Create order using Xorder by passing EARLIEST_SHIP_DATE
2. Note the above error.
