Symptoms
Ranging for Pack Item not getting created through DC Tool.
While creating the ranging of Pack Item through DC tool, you are getting the error as: [COMP_NOT_RANGED], though the component items are already ranged to the location.
When trying to create the ranging through MFCS, the ranging is created successfully.
