Symptoms

ORA-01400:Error during PO induction process

When uploading PO induction file in MFCS it errors with @0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RMS01"."CORESVC_PO_ERR"."ERROR_MSG")@2CORESVC_PO.RANGE_ITEM_LOC.

However View Issues screen empty and no any errors details displayed. Customer identified in the validation Asynchronous Job logs the process completed but with the above error.

Customer also checked select * from RMS_ASYNC_RETRY where RMS_ASYNC_ID=2430737;

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload PO induction file
2. Review validation Asynchronous Job logs
3. Note error
