Symptoms
Currently in RI, it is possible for W_RTL_IT_SUPPLIER_D table to end up with multiple primary=Y supplier records because the user in MFCS deleted the supplier immediately after updating an item with a second supplier, causing RI to never get the update. This leads to W_PDS_PRODUCT_D_JOB failing because it only filters on primary suppliers.
