Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The reports info message is showing in wrong language.

Result: It is showing the message in English and EICS is in French.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The informational popup message should display in the current selected language, in this case French.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open EICS
2. Change the language to French
3. Go to reports screen
4. Open any report

The popup message shows:

Information's
------------------
The request has been submitted. File will be downloaded shortly.

Business Impact
------------------
Due to this issue, users may not understand the message.
