Symptoms

Refreshing the Project Cashflow using web services in Unifier fails intermittently due to below errors:


ERROR

"ORA-00001: unique constraint (UNIFIER.UNIFIER_CFN_JOB_LOG_PK) violated\n;"


STEPS
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier environment.
  2. Open Unifier Shell that is demonstrating issues.
  3. Make REST API call to refresh the Cashflow.
  4. A new cost code is created for the Unifier Shell. (The error message is observed)
