Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to import projects that have interproject relationships between them, both between the project and also between the baselines, OPC maintains the relationships between projects in the current schedule but it deletes the relationships between the baselines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Baseline interproject relationships should also be imported.
