Form Validation Fails When the Query Condition Contains A SYS Numeric Query Based Data Element (Doc ID 3078038.1)

Symptoms

When utilizing the mobile app for both an Android and/or iOS device:

Expected Result

Form Validation that is designed with a SYS Numeric Query Based (QBDE) Data Element should pass when the condition is met. Example: define the Form Validation with something like: <the QBDE Data Element> value equal to 1.

Actual Result

The Form Validation does not pass when the condition is met using the mobile app.

However it does pass when using the Desktop/Server side application.
