Goal
MFDS does not provide a list of allowed values for F.r.3.3.
Argus is populated with a small subset of allowed units as per ICH guidelines.
Since MFDS accepts ALL UCUM values, there should be no values populated here and there should be no check on this value (other than blank).
Issue 1:
Unchecking "Allowed Values" does not stop the check against the units. Additionally, removing the values entirely does not stop the check. Doing this in fact causes F.r.3.3 to be blank and causes other validations, like F.r.3.4, to incorrectly flag.
Issue 2:
There should be no values in this list at all for MFDS since MFDS did not specify any.
Steps to Repeat:
Console
1. Click System >Manage Profiles
2. Select the MFDS profile (or copy of one)
3. Verify that ICSR Check is checked
4. Select TESTUNIT
5. Uncheck "Allowed Values"
Case Form
1. Create a case with a lab test.
2. Enter the lab unit to "mg/dL" and run ICSR check. Note that there is no validation against F.r.3.3 or F.r.3.4.
3. Enter the lab unit "Month" (this is a valid UCUM value) and run the ICSR check. Note that there is an incorrect validation against F.r.3.4.
This incorrect validation is a result of Argus still confirming to the Allowed Values and disregarding the value "Month" even though it is valid.
Work Around:
Populate all valid UCUM values in the Allowed Values. This is impractical as it needs to be maintained.
Expected Behavior/Business Needs:
1. MFDS profile should have no values in the "Allowed Values" section and the checkbox for "Allowed Values" should be unchecked.
2. Argus should not enforce "Allowed Values" if the checkbox is not checked.
