XML Import Template Advanced Settings Change When Importing Different Projects

Symptoms
When an XML Import Template is created and the Global Advanced Options are set to "Do Not Import", the next time a user attempts to use the same template with a different project, some of the Advanced Options are set to "Keep" and not "Do Not Import".
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
XML Import Template Advanced options will not change.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Logon to P6 Professional.
- Go to File > Import.
- Select Primavera P6 - (XML) and click Next.
- Select the XML file to be imported and click Next.
- Select the import action and destination and click Next.
- Highlight the desired Import Template and click Edit.
- Set all the Global options to "Do Not Import".
- Click Advanced.
- All of the Codes, UDFs, Calendars ad resources are set to "Do Not Import".
- Save the Template.
- Select the Template.
- Import the project.
- Import a different project using the same Template.
- The Import Template Global options are still set to "Do Not Import" but the Advanced Settings show that New data elements are set to "Keep" in the Advanced breakdown.
