In Sales Audit, Why Is The Return Warehouse Drop Down In The Return Transaction Screen Disabled? (Doc ID 3078293.1)

Goal

In Sales Audit, unable to associate a Return Warehouse in the header of the transaction record for a customer return after receiving confirmation from the warehouse that the goods have been physically returned. The field is always disabled.

Steps:
0. System Option OMS_IND = 'N'
1. Create a return transaction header (Transaction Type = Return) for store
2. Add item to the transaction
  - Item Type = Item
  - Item = <item>
  - Quantity = -1
  - Item Status = Return
  - Return Reason = Did not like
3. In the Item window > Customer Order Attributes section
  - The issue arises here: The "Return Warehouse" drop down is always disabled.
