Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Distributed amount does not reflect the entering amount considering the decimal separator.

When setting comma(,) as decimal separator and period (.) as digit separator. The 

In Brazil, Comma(,) is used for decimal places and Period(.) for a thousand separator. The cash flow distributed amount does not reflect the same amount entering for each period.

eg, If entering amount 99.999,15, distributed field is showing a wrong amount as 9.999.915,00.

If entering 0,12, the distributed field is also showing 12,00

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the distributed amount field reflect the same amount manually entered considering the decimal separator.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into OPC.
  2. Navigate to user preference page->Setup the decimal separator to comma, digit separator to period. It should display amount like 99.999,15
  3. Navigate to open project->Cost and Funds->Cash flow.
  4. Manually enter amount 9.999,15. It automatically reflect the amount in Distributed field but in that field it shows as 9.999.915,00.
