Symptoms

In Data Visualization the Variance % calcs (except for GP) come through as '1000's and not a normal percentage when we apply format to display as percentage.
Many variance metrics in RI are already scaled by 100, but in DV it also forces percent values to be ×100, leading to double scaling. For some metrics we can start removing the scaling so it's compatible with DV.
