Get Store Details API Not Returning Data When TAX_ID Field Is Varchar Value (Doc ID 3078760.1)

Symptoms

In the case when a store has TAX_ID field as a varchar value, MerchIntegrations/services/foundation/store/ API does not return store data.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create  a store using MFCS UI and set TAX_ID as varchar value (example -'NA').
  2. Execute the service for this specific store.
  3. Service is returning only "action" and "cacheTimestamp" tags.
