Symptoms

Policies [Lastname] field search fails in Dev and UAT environments with errors like "ORA-20000: Oracle Text error" and "GEN-PROC-ERR" when searching for certain last names, including those with apostrophes (e.g., "D'souza").

Changes

 Search works fine in the DEV2 environment but fails in DEV and UAT environments for certain last names with wildcard characters.
