ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Product Import job OCDSPRDIMP runs but fails to import items from MFCS.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Job OCDSPRDIMP should import items from MFCS to OACS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup WPER OCDSITM [Parameter] FULL
2. Schedule in WPPR OCDSITM
3. Submit job OCDSITM

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, customer cannot import items into OACS from MFCS.
