Symptoms
Customer is trying to execute purging of users in our MFP cloud UAT environment and is not able to proceed with the task due to the error below.
Failed to get read lock for '../../../../users/uid00036/crg_mfp_t00270/store.db.lck'Could not create file 'crg_mfp/users/uid00036/crg_mfp_t00270/store.db.lck': Containing directory does not exist.
There are 13 active file descriptors

Caught exception - IllegalPositionName: Array 'dim_wbq' does not contain the '' position in the 'wbq' dimension.
