Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Language preference is set to French the Data View module does NOT load. However, when the Language is set to English the Data View module DOES load.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Data View module should load regardless of the Language setting.
