DcsTransferReview Message Fails With 'Invalid Store Review Status For Creation Of Store Order' (Doc ID 3079099.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to integrate Transfer Review records from MFCS into SIOCS, DcsTransferReview message is populated with the TSF Status of I and without any STORE_REVIEW_STATUS.
the following error occurs. The message fails to process with this error.

Error:

Caused by: oracle.retail.sim.common.core.SimServerException: Invalid store review status for creation of store order.
