GL Cross Ref Download GL Transaction Error Tab Not Showing All Error Data As Expected (Doc ID 3079545.1)

Symptoms

GL Cross Reference download has a tab which shows the GL Transaction errors that have occurred with the fifgldn1 and fifgldn2 batch jobs. There are errors in the tran_data_error table, however they are not showing on the GL transaction tab of the download.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Go to MFCS> Tasks> Foundation Data>Download Data.
  2. Template type - Finance Administration.
  3. Template - GL Cross Reference - Download.
  4.  Note GL_Transaction_Errors tab is empty, even though there is data in TRAN_DATA_ERRORS table.
