POM SALWEEK_JOB Failed with error as "SALWEEK_JOB Failed in Stage with error as "synchronize_counters~week_data~103~RET-0103: generic function processing error~daily_data record not processed for dept xxxx, class xxx, subclass xxx, loc_type S, location xxx, currency_ind L, eow_date xxxxxx"
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate the MFCS nightly run.
2. Notice that salweek_job fails with "synchronize_counters~week_data~103~RET-0103: generic function processing error~
daily_data record not processed for dept xxxx, class xxx, subclass xxx, loc_type S, location xxx, currency_ind L, eow_date xxxxxx"?
