Not Able To Edit BI Publisher Report Schedules Created By Another User

Goal
In BI Publisher, when creating a Report Schedule to run at a particular time, if we check the "Make Output Public" in the schedule configuration, the other users will be able to see the Report Schedule.
However, the other users are not able to amend this Report Schedule.
Would it be possible to confirm if there is any way to allow the Reports Schedules created by one user to be editable by the other users?
1) Login to BI Publisher.
2) Open one Report Schedule that was created by another user.
3) See that it is not possible to edit the Report Schedule with other user.
