Symptoms
When starting True Cache instance, PDBs on True Cache instance are normally opened without opening those by hand.
But PDBs on True Cache instance are sometimes not opened automatically.
"show pdbs" command at CDB$ROOT on True Cache instance shows that PDB is as "MOUNTED".
