On : 19.3 version, BDI

Standalone job BDI_PRICING_PROMO_OFFER_TX_JOB showing long running and running the job adhoc error is received.

Job is failing with the following error:

2025-03-28T13:12:59,140 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '26' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR AbstractPOMBatchlet - An exception occurred Either the main Process or its subprocesses have failed
java.lang.RuntimeException: Either the main Process or its subprocesses have failed
