SOCS Jet Mobile| Item Basket Copy Function Throws Multiple Errors (Doc ID 3080819.1)

Symptoms

When copying an item basket, users are receiving multiple errors:

1. When Save menu is used after creating basket using the Copy Basket feature edited items are NOT saved
2. Confirm with or without Edits: Error - Lock has been taken by another user
3. Error Lock by another user After using Copy function on a completed basket

Steps to Reproduce:


Steps (Save):
1. Log in SOCS-JET (apk or browser)
2. Create and Complete Item Basket
3. Select Completed Basket
4. Select Footer menu: Copy
5. New basket created
6. Add additional item
7. Select Footer menu: Save and Exit
8. Error: Wrong message displayed 'If you continue your changes will not be saved. Do you want to continue? 9. Cancel / Ok
10. If you select Cancel, returned to Item Basket screen
11. Select Footer Menu: No option to Save and Exit (Just Back)
12. Impact: no way to save edits against newly create basket

Steps (Confirm)
1. Log in SOCS-JET (apk or browser)
2. Create and Complete Item Basket
3. Select Completed Basket
4. Select Footer menu: Copy
5. New basket created
6. Select Footer Button: Confirm
7. Error - Lock has been taken over by another user

Steps (Completed Basket previously used for Copy)
1. Log in SOCS-JET (apk or browser)
2. Create and Complete Item Basket
3. Select Completed Basket
4. Select Footer menu: Copy
5. Select Save
6. Note: Previous SR opened Save does not work
7. Select same Completed Basket
8. Error: Lock from another user displayed
