Mass Update Option For Location Traits? (Doc ID 3081141.1)

Goal

We have a requirement where we need to mass upload locations and assign an attribute to them. Since store CFAS or Location traits does not have mass upload option, can you please let us know if RMS has any other option to achieve this?
