Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Notice performance issue while calling Item Create API. We are having collection size as 100, and its taking ~8 to ~10 minutes for each API call (Sometimes more than that). Earlier, the same API call with collection size 100 used to take around 2 min.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Item Create API call should complete faster as per expectation.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Consume Item Create API with collection size as 100 and notice the performance lag.
