Symptoms
On : 24.2 version, Administration
When attempting to generate a document from OCI object storage,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

- SQL error: ORA-20409: Request failed with status HTTP 409 - https://objectstorage.<region>.oraclecloud.com/n/<namespace_id>/b/
Error response - {"code":"BucketAlreadyExists","message":"Either the bucket '<bucketid>' in namespace '<namespace_id>' already exists or you are not authorized to create it"}
