Goal
This note demonstrate how to use the OCI API to start a
- LOCAL transaction using OCI
or
- DISTRIBUTED transaction using OCI in combination with Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) and Oracle Services for Microsoft Transaction Services (ORAMTS 8.1.6 and higher)
