Purpose

 Bug:5001298 A PRE-PATCHED ORACLE IMAGE CAN BE INSTALLED IN MEMORY

Scope

 To revert to the behavior of earlier releases (9iR2 and 10gR1), the following logical can be defined :

$ DEFINE ORA_AUTO_INSORACLE TRUE

It is also worth noting that even with the above logical defined, ORAUSER will only allow an INTERACTIVE or BATCH mode
process to call INSORACLE.
