The following document is to be used as a reference of recommended and typical system maintenance procedures within a CCA environment.  Many of these steps are basic but are included here to allow this document to be fairly comprehensive.   As each customer environment is different from one another this document does not include all system maintenance procedures which are required within a large call center environment. 
This guide is to be used as a minimum set of steps recommended to maintain your CCA environment properly.  In addition to the steps referenced in this guide it is recommended that the audience review what other procedures are required to adequately maintain their hardware and software systems which are used within the Oracle Contact Center Anywhere environment. 
For example, this guide does not cover network administration procedures.  This is outside the scope of this document.  For CCA to operate properly the network it runs upon must be in good working order and provide adequate connectivity between the servers and the end users.
