Cannot See Current Project Report Scope Reports in P6 Professional Client

Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management - Version 6.1 and later
Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Cloud Service - Version 126.96.36.199 and later
After opening the Project Management application, only reports with Global Report Scope are visible. Reports assigned to "Current Project" for the Report Scope are not displayed.
Previously run P6 Professional Client reports are non longer displayed in the Reports view.
