Purpose

This document will help in downloading patches available at My Oracle Support using O.S. command line utility tool wget

Please NOTE that if there are issues specific to troubleshooting the use of wget, then you should consult with your Vendor Support (System/Network) Or your system administrator. Do not log SR for the same.

Scope

The instructions below will only work with versions of wget which support SSL.
