ORA-01135 File Accessed For DML/Query Is Offline (Doc ID 1013687.6)

Goal

An ORA-01135 is issued whenever Oracle attempts to access a datafile to execute
a DML statement but finds out that the file is offline:

ORA-01135: "file %s accessed for DML/query is offline"
Cause: Attempted to access a data file that is offline
Action: Bring the data file back online

ORA-01135 errors are usually accompanied by an ORA-01110.
