This technique works fine until you start to go away from a standard install and look at DRBD or other clusters such as RedHat Cluster (RHCS), Veritas and Sun Cluster, or any form of failover cluster technology. The two nodes in the failover cluster usually will have separate ssh host keys and so be identified as two separate hosts. This causes a problem because the same database details are used for both nodes, so when a failover occurs, MEM thinks that the agent has been cloned to run on another server.
