Symptoms
The materialized view or snapshot base table is truncated as part of a complete refresh, this may cause applications to encounter data loss or inconsistency or ORA-8103. This occurs because Oracle queries run in read consistent mode.
You must have snapshots that perform a complete refresh and when you select from the materialized view / snapshot, you receive 0 (Zero) rows returned.
