ORA-23326 DOING DML ON A REPLICATED TABLE (Doc ID 1034022.6)

Symptoms


You are attempting to do a Data Manipulation (DML) operation (i.e. an insert,
update, or delete) on a replicated table and you receive this error:

ORA-23326: "the system is being quiesced"
Cause: A deferred rpc operation was attempted while the database was quiesced.
Action: Resume database activity with the dbms_repcat.resume_master_activity call.
