Symptoms

When instantiating a deployment template calling the DBMS_REPCAT_RGT.
INSTANTIATE_ONLINE function, the following error is raised :



Note: A sql trace output can be generated by issuing:
'ALTER SESSION SET SQL_TRACE = TRUE;'

before the failing instantiation of a deployment template
