Symptoms

When the database parameter PLSQL_OPTIMIZE_LEVEL is set to 3 "plsql_optimize_level=3" the following error is returned:

ORA-07445: [pdzgM07_Get()+224]

When using plsql_optimize_level=2 the same code compiles without any errors.
