ORA-03113 While Upgrading A Database With OLS From 10g To 11g

DBUA fails with ORA-3113 while upgrading a database with OLS  from 10g to 11g .

The alert log contains the following error:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [zllcoide()] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x105338B78] [Address not mapped to object] []
