ORA-4031 Errors From Job Queue Processes With High 'kkj jobq wor' Memory Allocation (Doc ID 1051994.1)

Symptoms

Job queue processes terminate with ORA-4031 errors eventually leading to an instance crash.  Prior to the ORA-4031 errors occurring there will most likely be previous errors reported from job queue processes, such as:

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job %d
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified


The ORA-4031 trace file will show high memory utilization for memory allocation 'kkj jobq wor', e.g.:

"kkj jobq wor " -1067273792

 

Changes

A new job has been added to the job queue or an existing job updated.
